maintenance, survey, testing and treatment of commercial and domestic water systems including chlorination, pre-commissioning chemical cleaning and legionella risk assessments.<\/p>\n<\/div><div style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:1.26;\">Job Role Responsibilities<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>Working in strict accordance with BSRIA, ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monitoring inspections which will involve temperature testing of water outlets (TMVs)<\/li>\n<li>External mains chlorination compliant with local water authorities<\/li>\n<li>Calculate system volume and dosing readings<\/li>\n<li>Chlorination of domestic services via CWST and injection points<\/li>\n<li>Carry out chlorination of domestic services via CWST and injection points<\/li>\n<li>Take water samples for UKAS accredited labs<\/li>\n<li>Carry out showerhead disinfections and TMV testing<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of closed systems and hot and cold water systems is essential<\/li>\n<li>Compile and submit comprehensive water treatment reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide on the job training to assistants and junior engineers<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and compliance with (site) health &amp; safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the safe custody and use of instruments and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Arrange repairs and
