Downflow benches are designed to protect the user and environment from hazardous fumes, dust, and smoke at work surface level. Downward airflow in the chamber protects the operator and provides protection from vapours and particulate by drawing air through the stainless steel perforated work surface, ensuring compliance with COSHH regulations. Down flow benches are used in many different laboratory, industrial and forensic applications, including slide staining or minor dissection and routine testing.

Our engineers are certified to test all types of these critical devices in accordance with such standards as HSG 258, COSHH and manufacturers guidelines.
