Laminar flow cabinets create particle-free working environments by projecting air through a HEPA filtration system and exhausting it across a work surface in a laminar or uni-directional air stream. Laminar flow cabinets are also known as flow cabinets, clean benches and laminar flow benches.

We independently test all makes and models of laminar flow cabinets. Our tests are carried out in accordance to ISO 14644-7 standards. All instruments used in testing are calibrated to national standards and copies of certification are supplied with reports

Our laminar flow testing includes:

  • Inspect pre filters (replace as required)

  • Check cabinet functions

  • Check alarms

  • Check cabinet electrical components

  • Check cabinet condition

  • HEPA filter integrity testing (DOP)

  • Check air velocities

  • Particle counts

  • Issue test certification
